Topic: spit or swallow?

when you are munching out on a bag of chips or crackers or something and you get those little deposits of chewed up food behind your teeth, what do you do? do you yank it out with your index finger? do you eat it? do you spit it out? peronally, i dig it out with my finger, look at it, then i eat it. nummers!

Errrrrrrrr, ummmmmmmmm....uhhhhhhhhhh I prefer to use my tongue while making rediculous faces to no avail ....then go brush and floss! I guess in the long run ....SPIT

i spend hours working it with my tounge if that fails i`ll get an implement and obviously i eat it... why would you spend all that time to spit it? great thread man

I brush at work, ever since reading that it re-awakens you by like 80% or some such. I do feel better and my customers probably do too. LOL
