It was good. I took some pulled pork to my sisters house and we had open face sandwiches with onion and cheese on them with toast and then I came back home.
Didn't do much of anything but a bit of housework this a m on and off. true.... at least i got some things accomplished today that i needed to do!

I bought this at wally's. It in a box and its called Tony Roma's Pulled Pork...It is sooo good!!! They also have Ribs that just fall off the bones. They are great!!!!
There was enough that we pilled it on 4 peices of toast 2 each for me and my siter and enough for 4 more pieces left over. Alot there. I just thawed it out and put it in a covered micorwave dish nd heated it up.

Oh, yeah, and we sprinkled a little water over it so it wouldn't get dried out as we warmed it. And, it came with bbq sauce too. But we don't do the bbq sauce. The ribs come with the bbq sauce too.
