Got concrete poured for my floor in the bathroom, did some shopping for lighting fixtures... I think my tastes are a little more expensive than I can afford  . And finished the wall patching in the living room. 'twas a pretty good day.

Here's the two I'm choosing between so far...
 $179
and  $299 which is a LOT more than I can afford but they had it on sale for about the same price. I really should be looking for something under 100.00 but I seriously doubt it will happen

The first one has the advantage of giving off a lot of light with of course is important in a bathroom mirror situation, it also goes well with the other stuff I've picked out for the bathroom. But those little directional lights are sooo cool
|

They are cool and well being a woman I do my makeup at a vanity table so don't need too much light in the bathroom, part of the reason I'd use the 2nd one...

problem is most of the fixtures and such are brushed nickel and the chrome just doesn't seem to fit in. Oh and the "vanity" mimics the shape on the first light as well
 (the one I have is more of a burgundy color and has a brushed nickel waterfall faucet)
