The wine connoisseur friend of mine said that keeping the stuff at or below fifty degrees-F (around the temp inside a fridge) will help keep the wine from spoiling, which will do a wee bit more than mess with the flavor. And since most wine cellars are at that temp anyway, what's the difference? You're just not experiencing the romance of actually climbing down into a cellar to pull out a cobweb-covered bottle of vino.

once you go white.....wait......, never mind... (((ddn))) of course it's still a hotel... take your pick, it's slow these days.. (((Fire))) I know a few things Moof... I do prefer my reds room temp and I don't drink white so I don't care how you have them..

Well yeah if you plan on keeping a bottle for while it needs to be stored that way... bottles of wine don't last that long in my place

Actually, it's Gigi's fault for not having any wine in the house! I mean... how can you NOT have wine in the house, anyway??? Well then perhaps I need a Wine Buddy to keep me stocked up.... Would that be a FWW- Friend with Wine?! LOL
