What a way to end that day!! I am sooo sorry!!! (((Cindy))) What a long day...and at work it ended with the customer/b!tch from hell! ((((Linda))))  ...I'm just glad they aren't all like that. I was so pleasant, answered all her questions and tried to help to the best of my knowledge...it just wasn't enough to please her. I wished her a great rest of the evening...then she demanded to speak with the manager, whom I gladly paged to the register. He told her everything I had told her, (she was just as nasty with him),...she asked for the store phone number and name of our main manager, which she was given. As she walked pasted me, she gets in my face and yells..."I DRIVE A MERCEDES!!!" (like that's suppose to impress me?) Then she called ME a b!tch and left. I feel so sorry for people who go through life like that. (((((Grammy))))

 , she was just an unhappy lady with life totally! It was not you or anyone else. Just life in general. Like you care what she dirve? I really feel sorry for people like that. You are soooo soo right. Noone can get that mean in just what little time they are in a store. Just can't happen. The sad part is she took it out on someone that had nothing to do with it though.
