I experienced a thing called "colonoscopy" today. Not too bad, except no food for a few days. And they gave me narcotics. Narcotics make me MEAN. How's y'all doing today? |

Appearently, if you are 50 years old and have health insurance, there are all manner of bs the medical types want to subject you to.

Appearently, if you are 50 years old and have health insurance, there are all manner of bs the medical types want to subject you to. I work for a radiology center as front desk.We get people walking in for cxr ( chest xrays ) for a diagnosis of smoking, or nicotine abuse, same thing.LOL.But the thing is, 1/2 the time they come in smelling like a pack of cigs, coughing all over the place, and its that nasty smokers cough.We try to spray something nice in our work area so the stench goes away and antibac.our hands ALOT during the day.But whats the reasoning for these ??? The patient is STILL GOIGN TO SMOKE !!! NO MATTER HOW MANY CXR'S THEY COME IN FOR !!! UUUUGGGHHH Another thing that gets me is for cxr's again are the fact that some are written a month or so ago but they dont come in til now and the dx for them is pneumonia or something !!! GEESH PEOPLE !!! Anyways......LOL How ya feeling ??? |
