Because 29 other “North, South, Central American, and Caribbean countries have signed the “INTER-AMERICAN CONVENTION AGAINST THE ILLICIT MANUFACTURING OF AND TRAFFICKING IN FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, EXPLOSIVES, AND OTHER RELATED MATERIALS Treaty”, Obama wants the Senate to ratify it too. According Article VI, paragraph 2 of the Constitution, treaties supersede the Constitution to become the Supreme Law of the land. H.R. 2159 would “increase public safety by permitting the Attorney General to deny the transfer of a firearm or the issuance of firearms or explosives licenses to a known or suspected dangerous terrorist.” |

The manager at my friendly local sporting goods store was telling about 1 guy who bought up everything he had on the shelves and was bragging about how he had 16,000 rounds of .223, 18,000 rounds of .45 auto, etc... I have 4 extra tickets for the Robbie Knievel (son of Evil Knievel) event at the Alliant Center this weekend in Madison, WI , if anybody wants them.
