I'll be the party pooper.laugh

Nowhere, everything has happened just the way it needed to happen for me to be where I am right this very moment.

I wouldn't go back in time to change anything but I would like to go back in time to meet a few people.

1. JFK

2. Mother Theresa

3. My grandfather, John, who passed away when I was 5 years old....I would really like to get to know him. From what my family tells me about him, he was a wonderful man, a great father and husband.

I would pick June of 1998 and I bet I would have a totally different life right now. Guess I'm sayin I'm not all that happy with the way my life has headed so far but I'm here to say I'm ready for it to change bigsmile

I'd use my trips one at a time so that when I screwed something up, I could go back to the previos night to fix it.

I would go back to the roaring 40's and get a snazzy dress, the old west and bring back a buffalo nickel, and make a stop at a Beatles concert.

i'd probably go see jesus die, then stick around to see him come back.

then, i'd go have a beer with hitler and see if i could steer him away from a career in politics (aside: it's probably good that the holocaust happened when it did because with today's technology a man in adolf's shoes could do MUCH more damage in far less time).

i'd go warn everyone about the economy going down the toilet...but they wouldn't listen.

1. Back to about age 11 and convince myself to not get fat but get in shape...being fat has really made my life miserable.

2. Age 11 still...try to give myself some empowerment and self esteem to not let my mother ruin my self image and teach me to hate men. Let myself know it is okay to stand up for myself and rule my own life as I see fit

3. Age 19 stay away from meeting my ex-husband or at least change it so I still get my daughters but not the misery of the marriage.

1. I'd go back when I filed for membership into my union local, particularly when I handed them the $5800 Taft-Hartley initiation fee just for the "privilege" of going union. Only this time I woulda just taken the money and done something TRULY meaningful with it.

2. I'd go back to when I was filing and sending applications for college. I'd send applications to a number of colleges OTHER than the one I eventually enrolled in, as it was a complete waste of taxpayer's money.

3. I'd go back when my parents first met and try my damnedest to keep them from hookin' up.

1. 60s BC to meet Julius Caesar
2. 1500s to meet Leonardo da Vinci
3. 330 BC to meet Alexander the Great at his pinnacle

Great historic figures are a fascination of mine. These people shaped the world that we live in today. What a tremendous gift it would be to meet and truly understand these people.
