I suppose I should take a Tylonal PM tonight and go to bed now. That way sleep all night, don't wake up w/ a headache, and get 8.5 hours of sleep to make up for last a couple of less than ideal nights of sleep. Or I can just continue to hate mornings.

But, doesn't EVERYTHING cause something or other......???? LOL It's that or Excedrin or Ibuprofin. I refuse to suffer headaches that get worse with sleep.
