I hope you don't either. I could never work nights. I always worked days but from time to time I would a double and it about killed me.

It's not so bad because it's quiet, and I can get a lot done, and even a bit to chat in the forums, but they shut the AC off...that is torture!!!!not even a fan will help....that makes me really sleepy and unable to focus...

Do you have to stay there to work? Can you do it at home if it's that hot? I wish I could but they have all the equipment there...Final Cut Pro software and all the computer stuff...I don't even have a mac computer here at home...FCP will only run on macs...  I would if I could though!

That is too bad. I know you must be miserable in the heat. I'm sorry you have to work in thoes conditions. Does anyone else work up there at night with you?

Not usually. Occasionally my buddy at work will be in his edit suite working on his project...both suites are miserable though... but we both know they shut the air off...we can just get more done at night when it's quiet then with daily interruptions is all..

I can certainly understand that for sure. Most of the time its better to concentrate in the quiet. But the heat? Maybe if you get some ice and put it in a big container and have a fan blow over it it would help.

It sure wouldn't hurt to try it out and see if it would help. I don't know if you can get block ice there or not. But, if you can that would be the way to go. I have done it before and you would be suprised how well it helps.

I know I definitely try to keep well hydrated...and put my hair in a ponytail and stuff...ah well, but I love work so no real complaints....lol

Sometimes when she call's she wants to stay on the phone forever!!
..And if I start typing she will say..Oh, you are busy I hear so i'll let you go. Like she is kinda put out with me so I don't type when she is on the phone.

I have that same experience when someone calls me at work if I'm checking out a project...they think I'm not listening to them even though I am! lol

, well yes I am!!! But NO!!! , But it don't happen very often and normally we don't talk very long its just tonight she wanted to talk.
