arm is feeling WAY BETTER.......bruises are starting to fade some!!!
havent done much at all today.....kinda a lazy day here!! I ended up goin for a walk last night, & I stopped in at the bar!  I stayed abit longer than intended, but Brian, the bartender was fixin me up with some pretty darn good drinks! I think i drowned alot of my "sorrows" last night.......too bad they are still here today!!! at least i got some sleep last night, even if it was only 4hrs!
