honestly, i dont KNOW WHAT i was thinking!!!!! trying to burn off some pent-up energy & anger i guess!!!! no, i dont think its fractured.........jus right now its all bruised. Pry hurt more in the MORNING!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, is it swollen at all? If so you need heat to keep the swelling down, if not put ice to help the burise. But, the heat will also help the soreness too. If at all possible put ice on before work then after work too.

its not TOO swollen.........mostly sore & bruised. but i'll do as DR. LINDA SAYS!!!!!!!

It really really will help. I promise it will. That is what the dr. has told me to do before. He always says heat for the first 24 hrs. then ice the next. Personally it I was to have to put heat on something right now i'd just walk outside. It still 98 here.

We need some rain so bad! My plants can't get enough water. They are all dying. I got to mow and weed eat in the a m.

They said on the weather tonight we MIGHT get some on Sunday morning, what does that weather man know!!! NOTHING!!!
