It's an herbal in pill form, and is touted for use against depression. They use it in Europe alot. It seems to really work for some and not for others. You can get it at your local vitamin section of Acme or any health food store.

So if you ever wanna be drowsy and messed do St. Johns Wort You're not supposed to take St. John's Wort with ANY alcohol. It'll mess you up but good. You're supposed to take it with ONLY water. That probably explains why you got all messed up on the stuff. |

It's mostly used for depression. In some people it does cause tiredness and sedation.

I only had a few sips of wine after I took the pill, about 1/2 hour later. I won't do that again. But it did make me feel sedated and tired. I went right to bed. |
