If Mexico can't take care of themselves, maybe they should just become a part of the U.S.. It would fix problem of immigration and sub standard pay, bring in new tax money, and force the U.S. companies who move there to own up to their tax liabilities.


We already tried that. We annexed Mexico over 1 1/2 centuries ago, but the Mexicans complained, so we set up an interim gov't and granted southern Mexico independence while keeping northern and central Mexico. It was called the Mexican-American War. :wink:
