I don't drink, or get high. Not in almost 28 yrs. If it's a problem, its theirs not mine. Not occasionally or rarely, of just now and then, not just one, or for specials toasts, or holidays. I don't drink, and that is a good thing. I have 2 margaritas on my birthday...Thats it, and no more. one the rest of the year, and yes I did drink a lot when I was young, whats the point! I learned and quit. and no.... I do not and have never had a DUI.

Go ahead, it is your prerogative. I slowed down drinking dramatically, only drink once in a blue moon now...not that I don't get sloshed drunk when I do drink, just not as often. Main reason I slowed down was I started not liking it like I did when I was younger, it doesn't have the same "rebel yell" now...that and my kidneys, that kind of pain would get you to quit about all things.

Another thing that I really don't understand. Many women claim to want a sober man, being a drunk causes all kinds of problems.. I don't think I really need to list them all. (or do I?) If I put in my profile that I drink.. I get lots of hits. (know this as fact because I tried it on another site) But since I put in that I DON'T drink.....Hits are rare. Since when is being sober a bad thing???? Or is partying all Women want these days?? 
The ones who say they want a "sober" guy -- I guess those are the same people who claim "looks don't matter, it's what's on the inside that counts" and "all I want is someone decent." They'd rather fall back on the old hackneyed cliches -- to make themselves SOUND like they're not shallow or superficial -- than state the truth, whatever that might be! Sounds dead on by what I have seen. Kind of like the king in the invisible cloths. |

Pffffffffffft! When you told me 2yrs ago that "IT" was small...I believed you! WHAT!! It is average, 9" long.. like most other wallets.. I just measured it to be sure!

be true to yourself...be compassionate like you are, but do your own thing. others will see you as true and strong and not swaying for saplings. be flexible and caring....be a friend most of all, and developement will occur. |

The thread title was sarcasm.. I am not going to start drinking. But damn.. finding a gal that don't drink is like finding hen's teeth. Kind of made me mad yesterday.. went to Wal-mart and had to walk past a big display of beer to get to the pet food. real nice example for the kids |
