Dont you find that if you're angry or frustrated a few bad words make
you feel sooo much better, the dirtier the words the more it helps. I was having a moment" grrrrrr with the vacuum cleaner this morning and although I dont usually swear a lot, I found myself coming out with the most obscene words! Why is it that we swearing relieves tension? |

cause it just sounds so harsh and your feelings are screaming and
looking for an outlet,,, argh !!!!!!,, FUKC ,,it helps a bit ,,,doesnt it?? jeez , then again ,, more negativity oh this sounds like an unheathy way of dealing with frustration ... and how does that make you FEEL ????

I found out years ago that if I cuss my daddy out I feel well for up to
4months at a time..so I started purposely calling him every 4 months to cuss him so I could have a full year pain free..lol 
|

I don't think it relieves my frustrations...
but I do notice when I cuss it seems to be when I'm really pissed off...I am trying not to do that...been known to let out a blue streak though...I accually feel kind of ashamed when I do cuss and I don't like hearing it a whole lot either... sometimes I bleep words out here cause it just seems funny... #@%^$&^%#@=

at least in my case, if I cuss wether it is once or a full blast torrent
cause I dropped the fridge on my foot again (yes this really happened), it relieves tension and makes me relax cause I literally extend the amount of energy I am using even if it is just to utter those expletives. And by expeeling that extra energy my body becomes physically depressed for a few minutes, forcing it to calm down and relax. |

i think it is because we are giving into a little bit of the side of
ourselves that we have to always keeps under guard so when we use words we know are bad we are easing up on the f**king sh*t that makes us feel like we are living our lives stuffed A&& first in a f**king bottle |
