All I can say is; I am so glad I don't have to have any of these hardened people on any jury I am being judged by. One would be found guilty and hanged in one fell swoop. Opinion is all it takes to make one guilty it seems.
The legal system isnt as one thinks. It would have cost Michael more money in the long run what with all the lawyers and hype...he probably would have been found not guilty by all of the jurors. But.....he would have surely been broke quicker than he was. This system is not fail proof. Money or no money..a deal is a deal..it will make things go away even if you did nothing. Sometimes you just have to go with it...what they recommend to keep your life...or as much of it as possible. But........these parenmts have to be mentioned too....stupid...money hungry....as much as sold their kids down the road if this indeed did happen. Prostituted them for MONEY! im pretty sure God will send me to live in hell when i die so im not concerned about how much i bad mouth the king of pop because mj had absolutely nothing but time to waste sure he had talent but he wasted it. if he where inocent in the case of being a child molester he would have went to court and been cival he instead hid in his house and bought his way clear. infact it was public news that when the goverment took over his ranch a few years ago they found a mountaint of little boy kiddy porn in his closet and all over the neverland ranch. how any one could idolize a child molester is beyond me??? maybe its becuse he was famous??? or maybe the whole world is a far sicker place than i thought. seriously we praise the lord when a cerial killer dies. but when the most famous little boy molester dies we say why?? like any body really knew him out side of his family besides the boys virtue he took? he was just another thing that bit the dust... and another one gone and another one gone another one bites the dust hey we're gonna get you two another one bites the dust yeah... seriously why miss a child molester we are better with out him or his 20 years of iconic american conversation. shouldnt we be sader because farah fauset died ... ?? Is this just because he was an alleged child molester? I'm assuming you have real proof or know for certain? I don't know whether or not he was or wasn't a molester. Maybe he was maybe not who knows. Umm you just broke one of the commandments, not only did you break a commandment (lord's name in vain) but also you go against Jesus (let those without sin cast the first stone). And if you look at the Old Testament, God was telling people to kill, actually with alarming frequency in any number of ways. But back on topic, nobody knows if MJ did molest children or not. It wasn't like the OJ case where there was just a mountain of forensic evidence. Maybe the parents were trying to get money from the guy, maybe Jackson bought his way out of prison. Pretty harsh to say someone should die if you don't know whether or not he's actually guilty. IF the case is criminal case then all the jurors are sequester for weeks and or months until the verdict is reach! Read the facts and not speculate about the judicial system. If Michael was found not guilty of all the charges that means the evidence is false and the accusation is not true! Plain and simple. The jurors will take all of the evidence presented and after the cases is heard then they will go to the jury room and discuss or argue based on the evidence presented. Without contact of ei: lawyers, media, judge or anybody. The jury will then can speak if they will allowed by the judge to speak to media for some other cases. Criminal cases are very sensitive issue to discuss and you will me in contempt if you leak the case to others while hearing is on going. You can go to jail for violating the judicial rules. |
