i like to flirt with my partner, and only my partner. i'm not interested in the affections - be them just friendly and silly - of another, nor am i interested in awarding someone besides him any of my own playful romantic attention. he has my entire interest.

also, it wouldn't make me feel very good to see him bantering with other woman, especially using the same words that he uses on me. if i don't think i'd like it, neither would i do that to someone else.

however, i don't mind joking around with my women friends such as 'eileen you look awfully hot today' (THAT wasn't a joke by the way )

I agree that most of the flrting done here is joking, good natured in spirit, but, if at anytime it embarrasses someone or makes them uncomfortable, then out of respect for their wishes I think it should stop.
