My gut feeling is that Michael was a not guilty of any of this child molestation stuff. I think he was a very strange and pitiable individual, but I do not think he was bad.

He's dead. If you hated him, isn't that enough? Must you make jokes?

And by the way, it's Michael. M-i-c-h-A-E-l.

YES

There would be jokes about Jacko whether people loved him or hated him. He was one CRAZY sonofabiatch regardless of whether he fiddled with kiddies or not.

But the fact that he DID makes him deserve not just the jokes, but the ridicule and the disrespect.

I hope when more evidence arises because he cant shut people up anymore, that he gets convicted posthumously.

Well...I grew up on his music..he is a legend in Europe, people were very suspicious about the child molestation stuff, but even if he is, I don't think his reputation was hurt as much over there as much as it was in USA.

I remember I was about 15 I think, walking down this town..in the middle of nowhere...this will sound strange to you but, that was when Michael Jackson's "Black and White" song came out, it was blasting from the speakers throughout the whole shopping avenue. I could hear it from miles away.

Not Cool at all. Shame on you.

Showing respect for the man who was not convicted of anything should not be a hard thing to do.

We get back the respect we give. Hopefully you will be admired for the good you did in life when your time here is done and not for the bad things.

You can argue til you're blue in the face with the people making nasty comments tonight. Unfortunately, none of it's going to help. I'm happy at least some people, like you, are being respectful, though.

I was never a fan of his...but I feel for the family

Thanks. It is really disturbing to me the mob quality of persecution that some give with no proof. I agree that MJ was a strange bird but I cannot convict someone of something without having witnessed it myself.

Michael Jackson is an entertainer of great quality and the music industry lost an icon today.

Respect where respect is due...

What an entertainer! What music! Brilliant. A legend.

But he was still a pedophile.

Shame on him.
