We have feelings and sometimes they aren't the ones we just love about ourselves, but they are just that!! Normal feelings!! Everyone feels insecure at some time and can't help but wonder if they measure up to the good stuff the ex had. It is about how we behave with those feelings. We can't help our feelings, but have to step back and choose how to deal with them. |

It has been getting on my nerves cuz i don't speak to my ex but if he is on good terms with his i can't flip out. They only speak every couple of months on the computer to say hi and see how they are doing. I guess i have no right to change that. I gotta just him. |

Pretty bad about that need to grow up, my dad seemed too have alot of female friends, I never could understand that, Im more like my mom in the sense of same sex friends creates no confusion other wise it seems jealousy is bound too pop up some time, although not always I hope
