there's far better bands than Megadeth, but I do love their albums, mostly. We see them last year (year before?) on their Gigantour with their new guitarist, Chris Broderick, who was in a band called Jag Panzer. Great guitarist, fits in well with Megadeth, looks the part on stage and as a band they were tight as all hell.

Fav albums: "Peace Sells".., "Rust in Peace" and, "So far, So good.. So What" (probably their most underated album).

Didn't think much of United Abominations, but I'm looking forward to the new album with Chris.

So Far So Good So What is fanfreakintactic, love every song on there,thier other work has been great to but that was like a mini opus. Favorite song; In My Hour Of Need, with Holywars and Sweating Bullets tying for second. Don't count oyt Metallica though, they may be similar in ways, but it is still apples and oranges. And if someone had to take Dave's place, who could ask for better than Kirk, so talented inovative and HUMBLE- he's great. We won't talk about the thing that should not be (St.Anger) but the new one is really good. Angst, not music, buddy thats where the blues that inspired rock came from is angst so you better believe it's music, and just because you don't like it doesn't mean it isn't good and intelligent too.

Or is it called My Darkest Hour? Either way, it has always made me feel better after a breakup. Embracing anger instead of pain. Allanis Morsette and Nirvana never would have had careers if it weren't for angst
