A Night In Question
The setting sun cast a silver orb dancing across the lake. Waters discovering placid cooling as dusk blew a good night kiss to land softly in the shadows. Shelf clouds, endless in their panorama were placed in my heart's view. A vista of contrasts not knowing whether to decide summer or to pretend snow could billow from the tufts of fluff, parading in front for everyone to see. Tonight, cool and a respite to engage the sleeplessness of the swelter from days before. Who is this masked avenger that comes riding through the kingdom of this vast of contradiction? Carrying his magnificent shield, shining reflection, casting upon the placid wonders. I see in awe such Presence. Raine Les 6/18/2009 |
