Mine does too, every morning at 3:15, even though I don't have to work, it still beeps in my head
 I can not sleep like that either. I am up and about every morning. I just can't sleep. I guess cause I worked and my auto alarm clock goes off.  |

Mine goes off by 6, I have learned to sleep a bit later since I retired. It does help a bit.

I try on the weekends to sleep lat, but
 my body doesn't know what that means Mine goes off by 6, I have learned to sleep a bit later since I retired. It does help a bit.
