Hmmm are you looking for something in laymans terms that people can understand like this If your looking for a learning experience that will help you achieve your goals while you expand your horizons please look at what the University in Davao has to offer.

That really does not make sense to me. If this is their vision statement, they would also have a Mission statement along with a values statement. The Mission, Vision, and Values are related and are meant to expand on one another in a way. are you supposed to write a statement about what their vision means to you for an admission or something?

It's like a Cocal cola commercial, it's good, because the company says so.
