Why did they kill off everyone but JAck and gwen? Is Gwen next? Gwen and Jack are both central to Doctor Who, and that's why. Besides she's 'unkillable' by tv standards. And he doesn't suck as an actor...I love John Barrowman. Who, is Scottish by birth but was raised in the US, then moved back to work etc. But usually it's an American trying to sound like a Brit. It's just more difficult. I can't do it...except for that one character from Monty Python
