I was just talking to a good friend on facebook from texas and she was telling me similar stories. She said her guage showed 7 inches of rain already. Be careful!

Honestly there are a lot of areas in the Dallas area that cannot take anymore rain.
They say this one is fixing to hit the Denton area and that it is not letting up but so far no known damage but several funnel clouds have been spotted. Shshsh fixing to go park my car under the awning on the back patio knew that patio would come in handy more then one way lol |

We had 4 inches here yesterday. Heard parts of mesquite got 10.

I'm in NW Ar-kan-saw, and we have photos of the various funnel clouds touching down today. We are still under a watch, but I doubt anything's gonna come of it this far north.
Now you guys south...my son is south of Dallas, and I've warned him that this is a "yeah, right" storm system. So yes, to be safe, pay close attention to any warnings. This is quite a turbulent storm system. If you guys get what we got, it comes out of nowhere. Godspeed. |

Looks like the worst of it is going Southeast Grandbury is fixing to get a lot of it by the way it looks.
So far all we are getting here is a little rain and lots of thunder. |
