Could Jesus have been truely humans and done the following: cured diseases by touching people, walked on water, transformed water into wine, predict his own death, died and rise from the dead in three days, walk through locked doors and appear as a being composed of light?

What does it matter the manner of his teaching. More to the point is the lesson he attempted to impart. We must love one another as does a child. Words do not show it nor can they rise one up. Only by deeds can we show love. And that is the greatest gift of God. Love. Peace be upon us all.

Spider, if we were not to read the bible and have our own thoughts about it, do you think it would be available in every book shop? It is there in my belief to make us think our own thought, from our own perception, otherwise all the explanations would be in it as well. It is just so that we are different, think different, if we were all the same, walking the same paths, it would get fairly crowded, don't you think?

Sorry but he was the son of god in the flesh he is no human but god in the flesh I KNOW FOR A FACT that he is god the rest can disagree but I know without a shadow of a doubt he was is and will valway be god

you still do not get it do you invisible it has nothing to do with faith god/jesus showed himself to me in away it not faith anymore but reality, you might think i am crazy but believe i know jesus christ is my lord and savior i am sure other believers seen the reality of god too

I NEVER PUSH MY faith I just write poetry through the holy spirit . Grant I get a attitude over some of these non christian bad mouthing jesus there are 2 guys in here I respect they post but they do not run down the indival christian like you did with the commas remenber.

I wasn't running down the Christian, I was talking to a person that claims to be an Author and didn't seem able to use proper grammar. And that has nothing to do with the mails I got from you.

invisible, That's fine. If you want to offer opinions on scripture, that is your right. But nobody should be offended when a non-Christian is corrected by a Christian on the subject of Christian doctrine. Most Christian denomentations are VERY similar, as some of the non-Christians here have even pointed out. While there is a little wiggle room in some interpretations of scripture, but not nearly as much as you might expect.

Spider, stating your own opinion is on any interpretation is fine, but calling somebody a liar for his is a totally different kettle of fish. Try to make a distinction there.
