My sis and I fix it in chili..lemme think..we get the mix in a package...its called...Williams. Its soooo good!!! You can use hamburger meat too. But its delicious! You should try it if you and Tony like chili. If you can't find it let me know and i'll send you some.
I love deer long as its fixed right and that outter layer of thin skin is off. I had a feeling it would kinda taste like it. 
Have you ever had deer sausage? I love it? That sounds good. Never had antelpoe roast before. But it bet it was good. Kinda taste like deer? hello! Dinner wasn't half bad...antelope roast w/carrots & onions. A bit, yes. YES!!!  My g/f's hubby up in WA had some that I just couldn't keep my hands off of.
