No- not all the time- it gives me time to sort out anything that is bothering me- like of like recharging your battery. you don't have to talk to anyone- or be nice or showerlaugh you are just enjoying being with yourself- you don't have to think if you don't want to. i enjoy just being alone. Don't get me wrong im not a hermit but i do need "me" time:smile:
