Well on dating sites you dont get a whole lot to go off of! Just a pic and a paragraph... so im assuming more attractive people get more emails! I dont think looks should play that big of a role but unfortunately they do I would think you get a whole boatload of emails then. Awww thanks!

i don't mind that people feel the need to be rated, even if it is just to build their confidence.
however, if they are canvassing for votes, i usually go back and award them a 1 or a 2, at best. <----- mean little sh!t |

Women are smarter than men, so I find that the quality of my profile and the person that I reveal in the threads usually gets the attention of women more than anything else. I have also been told that I am more atttractive in person, I would hope because in person my character, intelligence, and humor are revealed more completely.
In the end it will only really matter what one special woman thinks of me, but YES looks are important but only in the eyes of "her". To ask to be rated otherwise suggests an underlying insecurity or narcissism. Also, when I am in public, even if I find you very attractive I will generally politely keep that to myself, but if we meet and I want to ask you out, rest assured that I will do so and not let the life opportunity pass me by. You are all extremely attractive in God's eyes . . . but then again, SHE is smarter than me. Bry  <<< His Mom thinks he is adorable in his sailor suit.  |

I think if i were to judge someone by their picture alone i'll alienate the chance of getting to know some really interesting (if a little strange) people!
