the people next to me have 13 dog's 5 kid's the mom scream all day long .....there the neigbor's from h*ll 
Aren't there laws regarding how many dogs a person can have on their property? I would think most towns do. Mine has a limit of 4. Out of town in the country u can have as many as u want. No ordinance on dog numbers in the county.
