Yesterday on my way into work, my daughter and I stopped at a McDonald's drive thru for lunch......the bimbo behind me didn't bother stopping....no damage to my car but I was all tense yesterday at work and had to leave early and today I am all stiff.

It wasn't like she just rolled into the back of my car, you have to drive halfway around the building from where you order to the pay window. She claimed she thought she had the car in park.....WHILE SHE WAS DRIVING??????

awww, i hope you feel better soon. hopefully you're just sore from being tense and haven't really hurt yourself. can you get to the doctor to be sure?

and if you're still sore after that, i don't mind rubbing you. if you'll return the favour. bigsmile

Oh, and she took off after I told her there was no damage to the cars... There was no front plate on the car, so McD's has to check the security film and see if the back plate is visible.

You have a few days to file one, but I just don't want my insurance going up because of it.

It is my understanding that the person who is the "rear ender" is ALWAYS at fault.
