You have a few days to file one, but I just don't want my insurance going up because of it. I was livid when I was charged for the accident, I mean common sense needs to come sometime.........WHO THE HELL parks in the middle of a road at night anyway

those who hit a stationary vehicle are almost always at fault
unless it is extremely dark and the vehicle is in the roadway and improperly illuminated it is a thing called assured clear distance [i think] there i go agian |
