New York style is very thick an rich,the blueberries are in place of the strawberries or cherries. I prefer blueberries on my cheesecake.

Isn't pretty much all cheesecake pretty think and rich? And I never realized New York had a monopoly on putting blueberries in lieu of strawberries or cherries in cheesecake. |
