Does romantic love last forever, or are those just fairy tales? it can happen but you both have to work at it. my grandparents who raised me met in oklahoma and dated for 2 weeks and then got maried and they were maried 50 years and they were always by each others side

Sorry for me all love is conditional. Except the love I have for my child. I guess if all conditions are right then maybe. i notice all the young people have basicly the same answer. it goes back to the world now days is me and im better and im faster and me mem me me, the world anymore thinks only of thereselfs

I've made my own realistic fairytale.It doesn't involve a perfect happy ending because I don't expect perfection.I'll be happy just living a peaceful life with my love

I think perfect love is more like an adventure story than a fairy tale - full of unexpected moments, wild rides, heartache, romance, and with (hopefully) a really happy ending. Now...where did I lay my book???

What if prince charming was really an azzhole? Maybe people are too busy looking at the wrong people to see the right person. Fairy tale romances make for nice stories, but if they exist outside of the stories, I'm still waiting on confirmation of it.

I sure believe it is possible. I don't know how it would have continued if he hadn't died but it felt like one long honeyingmoon as long as we were together from day one on. Maybe we were motivated by the fact that he could be deployed at any minute but we just liked being together and it was easy to be romantic. I also think it had a lot to do with we both made a point of trying to be the best spouse rather than pick each other apart. Worked for us.

Does romantic love last forever, or are those just fairy tales? You know.......I thought it didnt exist and I take care of a husband and wife as patients. And even though they dont sleep with each other you see the twinkle in their eyes when they see each other. I hope for that one day.
