We usually tell people not to visit in aug or july when the monsoons hit.It is hot and humid. I see you are in wisconsin. Alot of green there!

I live in phoenix...not alot of green....up north is alot nicer.

A lot of green and a lot of cold and damp. Spent some time in Apache junction. Nice place.

I don't think we got below 40 here last winter.....we did have a freeze 2 years ago.

well for the most part i'm usually in the states, so i miss most of the cold stuff,, but love your area down there and nevada

Yeah, green is nice but it's the white stuff in the winter that'll really ruin it for ya.

That is true about the snow....I remember having to walk to school in the snow as a kid when we lived in Kansas!Its beautiful to look at but not to be in it very long!

Drove through Kansas once on a motorcycle. Started raining when I crossed the state line and didn't stop till I got out of the state. Don't think I'd like to visit there again.
