Take your next door neighbors to small claims court for the damages to your Mobil home for the damages on their side have and adjuster come out for and estimate. You might not be able to get the car damages from them but you can on the side near them or ask a lawyer if you can sue the Mobil Home park would have to read there clause on your agreement.
