Merle it is always a great thing to learn new things at all stages in life. One should never stop learning, if we did then we stop growing and that isn't good for anyone involved. Kudos to you for taking that giant leap and going back to college to do something for yourself and to improve you! I think you are an inspiration as is Mary 5X10.
By the way Lilbug I am looking for a box to mail your stuff out in. I told my daughter to start bringing me home boxes from work. When I worked at the factory I had tons and now I have depleted my inventory! Love to you lady.

Hi ya pals  I was just reading through all the posts. It really warms my heart to see how we've all become a little family and how we all share bits and pieces of our lives and 'network' together. This is a by-product of this idea I hadn't even considered. I love the obvious care and thought you are putting into the gifts you send to your pals. You truly are a loving bunch of folks and each of you own a little spot in my heart. Good Morning Everyone. I hope everyone had a good weekend. Getting ready to go to town pay bills,mail packages and hit the Library.[looking for used western paperbacks,for aunt in wheelchair]Would you please keep a eye out?  I have a used bookstore across the street from me...I will have to go take a lokk at what they got over there |

I went to the Post-Office today,had three packages to mail out,dummy- me forgot to put addresse on one,so I'll have to mail it tomorrow.That's the way my monday goes. In 2007,I was a very lonely person but now thanks to Secret Pals and The Mingle Family.My days/nights are better,I've met alot of wonderful,caring people on here and every e-mail,every hug and every kiss makes my life better.THANK YOU ALL FOR LETTING ME BE PART OF YOUR LIFES.
ALSO THANK YOU FOR BE THERE FOR BABY JOE AND HIS PARENTS.

Thank you Sherry, that means alot and yes, it is a giant leap, but instead of working for someone the rest of my life, I am hoping soon to start my own business and being the boss  and a degree will get me headed in that direction, and again, with the support of this group I am on my way to fulfilling that dream. Happy Tuesday everyone. A beautiful morning here as well. Got a ton of things to get done today. My oldest daughter is studying for a test right now, so I am trying to be quiet. I guess I could run to the bank and get some things done outside of the house. Got to pack for tomorrow still. Okay I am off of here and running to the bank and post office. Mornin Pals
We've had a real nice couple of weeks of very pleasant temperatures, but things are beginnin' the heat back up again. I really do not tolerate the extreme heat very well, so yeah, not my favorite time of year.  Today is the memorial services for Michael Jackson. It is expected over a billion people will be watching it on TV or on the Internet today. I will probably take time out of my work to view it too. Think he was a very troubled soul, may he finally be at peace. |

Got a lot done today. Mailed out Robin a package and TJN another one. I bought 4 new bathing suits today. Got so much to do before tomorrow and no energy left. My behind is dragging. I think I have poison ivy on the back of my hand. I think I will go take a nap and maybe refresh myself before doing everything that needs done. Have a wonderful night.
