Got home too late last night from 2nd job to check mail...just got home from summer school and found a package waiting for me from Patti, (plk1966), my MAY Secret Pal. Patti THANK YOU for the cute froggy wreath!!! It's so cute!
A friend of the Secret Pal who got my name, (for June), notified me saying I haven't been forgotten. *Tis ok, I was late with the June pkg. for my Secret Pal as I do my 'PAL shopping' with the 2nd paycheck of the month...mailed pkg. on Monday, so my Secret Pal should be getting the pkg. any day now.* Question??? A couple of you told me my April Secret Pal had mailed me a pkg., (after a couple attempts due to mistakes with my address and my Pal's health issues), I was told it was finally on the way to me. I have only seen 'this' Pal online a couple times in the last month or so, most recently about 2 weeks ago I think. Anyway...will you gals Pals, (I think you know who your are), PLEASE let my April Pal know that I appreciate the thought immensely...but no pkg. ever arrived. |

 Okay, here's how this works. Towards the end of every month I will ask for folks to be Secret Pals to someone for the following month. Presently, I am seeking Secret Pals for August. If you would like to participate, write me and give me your home address. Once I have the names of all who would like to participate for that month, I will assign secret pals. You must be willing to share your home address You are to send the person I assign you for that month a surprise, i.e., a card, a note, a refrigerator magnet, a bookmark, a lottery ticket, a postcard.... anything specific to that member or your area would be great, but it can be whatever you choose. Because of issues with packages crossing the borders and the cost involved I'm afraid I have to limit this to the US only. The list will change monthly, so if you want to participate again the following month, you must wrte me and let me know you want to participate again. This is a good reason to start a scrap book! When you receive something from your secret pal, come back here and let us know. |

Good evening everyone! Hope is all is well and staying cool. I have had an active day and am all worn out. Getting my first package to mail out tomorrow for my July pal. It is nice when folks but on their profile some of their interest and things that they would like to receive. Maybe we can help each other out with the secret pals...email me and I will help you if you help me

I would like to encourage everyone to update their profiles with an interest/hobby/collection(s) section on their profiles to give their pal some hint as to what they would enjoy receiving.
Otherwise, check your pals post history, pay close attention to their pics and profiles. |
