Still NO ONE has answered me as to if they've tried the HAM OMELET SANDWICH FROM BURGER KING  well thats what ya get for asking everyone a question and expecting an answer --- here is mine....... I dont know...sounds yummy though...ham omelet sounds like a cartoon character for a pig....

I always stop off at Carmela's and get footlong breakfast burritos with egg, sausage, green chili, jalapenos, and fried potatoes

The hashbrown nuggets at BK are the BEST! I also like their Ham and cheese croissant (no egg). And a big fat Diet Coke with extra ice. YUM!

I'm a kill joy.
 Fast food is sooooo bad! I don't eat fast food or drink soda.  Fast food for me? Food I prepared at home for the up coming week. Breakfast includes a hard boiled egg, oatmeal and blueberries with soy milk, and a wheat grass shot. I get that meal within 2 minutes, and I don't have to leave my house. Oh, and it probably only costs $1.50!  Oh! You asked a question! NO, I have not tried the 'food' to which you referred.

Still NO ONE has answered me as to if they've tried the HAM OMELET SANDWICH FROM BURGER KING I never had that.. My fav breakfast is english muffin with almond butter and fresh fruit salad.. I only have fast food brkfst when on way home hungover ha ha.. I go all out I would do the McD's Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle with hasbrown and a large lemonade... ha ha ha. |

uhg fast food  the breakfasts they have there are alone..about 1500+ calories  so ill treat myself to that... and then work my ass off at the gym for the rest of the day  You're actually off by like, 600 calories. A bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich, medium hash browns, and OJ are 910 calories (carbs - 101, fat - 47, protein - 20). Is that still a ton of calories? Yes. But nowhere near 1500. |

i never really had breakfast fast food, mainly because i sleep through mornings.
however op's sandwich does sound good.
