I see. I din't know about it. Eveyone I know has always use the newspaper. Not the colored part though. Sounds good!! Oh, I use a grate on the bottom so my baby can't get to the newspaper. I can see the droppings better that way. That is great! But, one question. Husks? What do you use them for? Him to tare them up? See you know something I knew nothing about. LOL It sure does!! I check on him a couple of times a day...I know I must be driving her crazy...but she says it assures her that I will take care of him I'm hoping so...my guy is going to drive me there so I can bond with him on the way home....cage is all clean and ready for food, water, and husks wow...no, they are finely chopped and you pour them into the bottom of the cage instead of newspaper because the ink is dangerous for the little guys. It comes all bagged up at any Wal-Mart...really inexpensive and so much cleaner yeah....I have a grate too. And fill the bottom pan with the corn husks...kind of like birdie litter you should check it out, I think you would really like it better than newspaper, I know I do

How funny!! kids have a way of making you feel really stupid sometimes lol Yeah....I was eating lunch with my, then 3 year old grandson at Piza King one day...3 police officers walked in and he was staring at them with curiosity....finally one of the officers walked over to the table and said "Hello young man"....Ethan looked at him and asked "Does you yike doduts?" I felt like crawling under the table
