That's the kind of thing I would have expected to happen if you installed a data compressor not an Antivirus. I don't see anything in that software that would cause that particular problem.

Can you post a screenshot so we can see what is meant exactly by "not right or blurred" ?
Were you installing avast proactively or did you install it because you suspect you have a virus? If you uninstall avast is the problem still present? I use avast antivirus at home and have never had a problem with it. |

That is an odd one. I have installed it on dozens of computers nit including my own. I have never seen that.
If you still have it installed try this: on the task bar next to clock, find the icon of a spinning a, right click on it and in the menu that comes up go to stop provider and click on web shield. Then restart your browser and see if it still acting strange. |

Does the problem still exist now avast is uninstalled? it may have been a bad install you could try it again no issues here with avast other than it is a memory hog how much ram do you have installed |

you sure its AV that caused that? try to update ur video drivers and check the image setting in the browser

I would surmise that it is a video or monitor issue causing this problem. I reccomend updating your video drive if possible, or even swapping monitors and see if that is the issue. It is not the norm for an AV to cause this kind of problem, they generally don't interferre with the driver cache, just create a log of it.
It is also possible that you unitentionally installed a compressor program, although that does seem unlikely. Good Luck to you, let us know what you find out! |
