OMG!
 Last night about midnight, I think my car was stole. I discovered that it was about 4 pm today! My car was a piece of sh*t; I don't know why anyone would steal it! My transmition was starting to slip... so here is my theory/hope of what happened... they stole it for a drug deal. It went bad. They put the car in gear really fast and the tranmission slipped and they hit the gas and dropped the tranmission And the drug dealers got a hold of them. I know horrible thing to hope for but that was MY CAR! (But it makes me feel a little better! And it made my friend laugh when I told her what my theory was.) Luckily, my grandparents might loan me the money for another car.. but still! Ugh! And a friend is going to drive my son to school until I get another car. Luckily, I live within walking distance from where I work. And within walking distance from the grocery store and stuff. (But I am suppose to move in about a month... so then work will be about 45 minutes away! Ugh!) Okay totally venting, but having a car stolen sucks! |

I hear you- it totally sucks when some d-bags up and decide to nick YOUR ride for their idiotic purposes.
I was back in college when a car I had just bought (a 1987 Dodge Aries K-Car... yeah, it was a piece of crap, but it was in CHERRY condition!) and drove for a grand total for SIX MONTHS was stolen right in front of my apartment. It happened right on New Year's Day, too- I was supposed to drive over to see family and stuff. Even worse was that the idiot neighbors (who KNEW I had just gotten the car and KNEW I was driving it) did absolutely nothing to notify the authorities. In fact, one such dolt said something to the extent of, "dude... I saw some dude steal your car yesterday, dude". Gee, thanks- you'll go to the trouble to tell me about my POS getting stolen the day after I find out about it, but you WON'T notify the cops WHEN it happens... real nice. I also had to replace around $500 worth of textbooks and other college-related materials too. That probably hurt the most though, as I was already eatin' the big one in terms of finances to begin with. |

I thought someone stole my mustang a while ago.
Come to find out, it knocked itself out of gear and rolled backwards. (no I didn't have the E break on) I was freaking out Sorry to hear that. I know it must suck. |

Well, the only thing of value in the car was my son's car seat and an unopened brand new set of adjustable wrenches that I had bought to break off two rusted bolt off the air filer (which I had been putting off).
If they are still driving it... I hope they get pulled over. There is no left turn signal. The headlamp light goes out occassionally. The brakes sucks! I just added brake fluid... maybe I should have procrastinated that too! Well, as long as my grandmother can convince my grandfather to loan me the money, I will have a better car and not have to worry about it breaking down! |

Can U please check the trunk for Bernie? p.s.Sorry;Tanya.G'luck w/ replacement. Funny you should ask! There is no trunk lock! I had to tug on the emergency cord that I left dangling out to get the truck open. I was worried all winter that a homeless guy would crawl in there! But Bernie might be having the time of his life in the ghetto of detroit!

I absolutely adore my grandmother... she said 'it happened for a reason.... who knows your car could have broke down tomorrow. she told me to relax and not worry about it.' |

I wish they would steal my junker. That's what you say now! But if you don't have full coverage insurance (like I don't) it totally sucks. I hate having to borrow money from my grandparents to get another car.

I absolutely adore my grandmother... she said 'it happened for a reason.... who knows your car could have broke down yesterday. she told me to relax and not worry about it.' She is 100% correct.She is handing down what I call"words of wisdom"just as my Grandfather always had & still would be if he were here.Worry=stress=bad health,etc.What they are telling us I believe is totally true.Everything has a reason & purpose.Regardless of whether it's pos. or neg. there is a reason for these events to transpire.Of course we do not have the ability for complete comprehension of it's origin or meaning but we all cont.to learn & grow from each experience.G'Luck!
