adj...it came free when I opened the account years ago you just think it is free having an account with a federal reserve bank is agreeing to the rules as dictated by the irs and if income tax was legal why would that be stated in the agreement maybe they are not legal till you agree to them read the agreement but hey what do i know |

My advice is stay with the small nameless banks, don't go for the big chain banks like Webster or Bank of America. All the banks I have been in, got taken over by either Webster or B of A. I immediately left them. |
