Holly, I also have to go for a sleep study. Pretty sure I have sleep apnea. How romantically hot is THAT?! Sleeping with a cpap machine on my face...wooo frickin hoo.

My aunt has to do that too... ...and I think my dad is a good candidate for that... but that is an up hill battle all the way trying to get him to go to the doctor to get one of those machines... I personally don't even snore... Very quiet sleeper but who knows what the future holds.. As for the machine not being appealing to your man... I think most of us look past stuff like that when we are in love... I know I would... It's not going to prevent your man from holding you at night will it? |

Foot note: I finished the Sleep Lab, and all she says is that I do have Apnea, so got to go back tonight for the 2nd part...sleep with the C-PAP on! Thrill, thrill....hard enough getting to sleep as it is...not to mention something stuck up my nose! Did I hear someone mention sleep lab? well...  I am working in one right now!
Hi Holly...yea...it was me...took 1st test last night...concluded that I do have sleep apnea, and going back tonight for the 2nd one(where I wear the CPAP. 
don't worry -it's worth trying especially if it's covereed by your insurance.. Some patients claim they feel soooo great the next morning! you'll be fine!!! |
