1.)Extra prison time for attacks on gays or transexuals.

2.)Transexuals allowed to use bathroom or dressing room of their choice because of what sex they claim.

3.)Anti discrimantion bills similar to affirmative action where gays are given prefrence over non gays when it comes to hiring.


Why do you keep saying gays are getting their rights taken away?What rights are you talking about?Yes the constitution says equal rights.Maybe you should read the bill of rights and the constitution because the gays are not being denied any of these.However I do see the gays trying to take away our freedom of speech.

I gotta step back and say here that I do believe she got a raw deal during the competition. And I thought Perez was a jerk. From that stand point I've no problems with her. But she is a bigot a liar and hypocritical, definitely not a suitable roll model IMO, regardless of her beliefs.

I too thought she got a raw deal with that question, but since then she has taken full advantage, and if that video posted to this thread is actually what she herself said, than one of the first things out of her mouth was that she was taking full advantage of this.. said it with her own lips, that's if that video wasn't doctored. I care. I was a girl that grew up watching Miss America. When Miss Universe was in St. Louis, my cousin was one of the little girls in it. I was there. I was behind stage meeting the contestants.

Those girls sign a morality contract for a reason. She lied when she signed it!!!!

Two photos? Try counting them again. You obviously didn't look at the link that I posted showing the pics. She's wearing other things then underwear. She didn't claim photo shopping at her press conference. She had a very unbelievable excuse for them.

Other models aren't the issue here. It has nothing to do with her religion either - to me. She is supposed to be Miss USA. That is a whole other ballgame. There are different rules there.

I don't give a rat's behind about the photo's...what I do care about is her making a circus of being a Christian and her rallying support around that when she lied about the photos ever having been taken. If...and if it were an innocent modeling shoot why did she lie on her application for the pageant?

I would feel the same way if it was any other contestant. I didn't like it that Trump let the one contestant (Connor, was it) and her drug problem slide. He's changed the pageant.

Sure, she was a model before. That doesn't excuse the fact that she lied when she signed the morality contract and said that there were no such photos of her with partial nudity.

Why would I care about a models morality contract?Why is it any of my business to begin with?There is certianly more important issues concerning morality we could be debating instead of a models conctract.You are also missing the whole point.Those photos were not included in the Miss USA pagent and were taken when she was 17.So how is that a breech of her morality contract when she signed the contract many years after the photos were taken.You are assuming those were taken during the pagent when they were not.
