...You are a guy and someone wrote to you and said "You would look real cute without the facial hair"

or if you are a gal reading this, if someone makes the same type of comment about something about your picture?

Would your general response be positive or negative?

Everyone needs to be able to take a little constructive criticism.

Not the end of the world. drinker

Is it honest to express positive remarks about inwardly negative thoughts?

If you weren't asking her opinion then she's one of those that would lure you into her web and try to change you. RUN!

take it as a compliment

some women just don't like facial hair... and it might be her way of encouraging the lack of whiskers. It looks great on most men, however I can't makeout with a man with facial hair. My skin is very sensitive.

the "cute without facial hair" might be a little bit of a cowards way of saying "it's my preference to date clean shaven fellas" but hey, we all have our own way of expressing ourselves.

it doesn't mean you look bad.

I personally, think that it's very rude to make a comment like that... It's as if they actually think that their unsolicited opinion really means something...frustrated I'm with Katz on this...Run Forrest, RUN!!!

I would tell them that maybe they need to make an appointment with an optomitrist.

Im seeing a guy who has kind of a long beard.. i really dislike it ALOT.. told him im not a fan of the facial hair... he cut part of it, but its still long.. i dont know what its like to kiss someone like that,,.. seems wierd.. i dont know if i want to try.. but i like the guy a whole lot. not sure if its a dealbreaker, i have to be attracted to the person physically.

I always think girls look cuter without facial hair.

Depends on the comment of course but I agree that a little constructive criticism isn't always something to be offended by. But of course some things are what make you unique and if you feel that it is an important part of you, dont need to listen to them and move on.
