My pics are all stolen from this rich guy's house I broke into to steal stuff to pay for crack and internet in my refrigerator box. If I had enough money to pay for a camera, I'd look something like this:

I stole this lamp from a rich guy's photo album...I thought it was nice, apparently you can't get money for a picture of a nice lamp at the pawn shop...should have taken the lamp...

What comes to mind when you view a profile with pics that are blurry or distant enough that you can't really see what they look like?

How do you feel about the ones who don't even have one of their own pics but have many inutile ones?

i think... ooohhh... this can go ANYWHERE.

i over analyze... just about everything. it is what i am good at.

and a picture subtracts that much more from your anonymity. so either he/she is a major creeptacular robocreep 3000, a morbidly obese person, an escaped convict, a stick figure, or a nazi.

one of those.

My profile pretty much states what I think...

I didn't have a pic for a long time, thinking someone I know might see it and give me grief (small enough town for everyone to think your business is their business - especially those who think they are like your brothers! There are some things a girl doesn't tell her brothers, after all!)

It's taken a year for my fears to be realized...someone I know DID spot me! I have SWORN HIM TO SECRECY and hopefully he will not blab to the "brothers!"

This is another thing that I could never understand. If someone is too embarrassed/scared/shy to post their picture on a website profile because "somebody they know/work with/are related to/etc. might see it," the only thing this tells me is that that person is on the same website, too! Or, at the very least, looking through it. So, what makes them any better than you?

I've NEVER seen anybody hanging out at the local Dairy Queen with a bag over their head so nobody would recognize them....unless, of course, they were either robbing the place, or they were trying to pretend they were somebody/something else by hiding. In either case, the only guilty party is the one committing the offense. If there's nothing to hide, why hide?

That was what I finally figured out...really, what is the worst that can happen? (Other than hearing about it for freakin' WEEKS from certain well meaning but nosey people!) I do confess to re-reading my profile after I was "discovered" to make sure I hadn't put anything TOO embarrassing in there, though! LOL! I'm sure Lex and company could pick it to hilarious pieces in another thread, but there's nothing that someone who knows me would be shocked about. So....whatever!

Right on, sister! What are they gonna do? Slap you and take away your birthday?

I can understand about some having issues with stalkers in the past. I however like to see the actual picture of the person to whom I am writing to. It helps me to visualize and memorize who they are by their screen name.
