Topic: Three Day Rule | |

Can I add the don't say you are going to call and then don't rule to this? Toooooooooooooooooo TACKY~ I agree. That is a real annoying one. Wouldn't it be better just to not say anything? |

I didn't know about the rule... I always call/contact the next day though. The night of I figure might be too soon, unless it was like a lunch date I suppose. I would not want to wait three days if I had a good time... lol. I also figure if she had a good time calling the next day wont be a bother.

I think we're gonna come to Frankenmuth for papersmiles birthday. I was pushing for Oktoberfest but her birthday is more important when the time comes we'll give you a yell and see what we can do EDIT: oh sorry, didnt mean to hijack Sweet. Take a walk around Bronner's. You'll be utterly amazed. :-) The city of Frankenmuth is a bit of a " tourist trap " but it's still a pretty cool place to just walk around. I have been to Bronners. Absolute hell on earth. Why anyone would think about making a shop that large just for sh1t to hang on your tree beats the hell outta me! I hate shopping, and im not a big fan of christmas either. Luckily my bad mood hurried everyone up and we didnt stay there too long! haha. It was good to walk in it for the first time and go 'whooo this is a big shop', but then straight after that it lost its appeal. I was trying to wait outside patiently, but then i ran out of cigarettes. I spoiled the visit for everyone i was with! They seemed to forgive me though. |

If I had a good/great time, I'm not going to be bothered at all if the guy calls, nor will I see him as desperate. |

The three day rule blows.

If someone asks me for my phone number I expect that person to call me with in 24 hours or when he says he will. Since I don't live to answer the phone at someone else's whim someone that plays around that way is really wasting my time and theirs.

I've heard of it. If it takes me 3 days to call someone, chances are I will never call.

I am thinking/hoping that maybe because yesterday was mom's day that he didn't call or email. *bites nails* I hate waiting! Ugh! No sane man would wait more then 5 minutes to call you. |

I use the "I will call when I feel like it rule." It works quite well until I get about 10 messages left on my voicemail. First few usually says "call me", followed by a few sighs and clicks, and then "you MF rar". lol.
Well to be honest, yes I do use some sort of waiting period, but not with the intent to solicit such voicemail messages. |

Nah, I don't use it and prefer men who don't either. I really like it when a guy calls me the same night I give him the number. Time is money!

I get about 10 new phone numbers a week and I call (or text) all of them within 48 hours.
Sometimes I send a text asking if she made it home alright at the end of the night. |
didnt know people still used that lol
Haha Yes! I use it and sometimes they'll text back asking what I'm doing.
