My Soul opened up and
felt every moment of
human joy. I thought
my heart would explode.
I also felt every moment
of pain and suffering
so tightly kept locked
in some box,
touching the frailty
inside all humanity.

How is it that we keep
our sanity in a world
that can leave us
in dismay,
in disarray,
or frayed to the bone?
I don't know, but perhaps
the answer is simply
that we know
Love exists,
despite world anguish
that seemingly persists.

You keep Loving and so
will I. We'll observe
one another by noticing
the eyes,
as they are said to be
the windows to the Soul.
We know we are never alone
when connected as One,
not separated by anything.
Is it possible to be free,
if indeed we'd let Love be,
only to see with the eyes
of Love?
